Rock Greats Returns Policy

Our goal here at RockGreats.com is to not only provide top quality product but top quality service. If you need to return a product, below are the guidelines for what can be returned and how:

1. Returns will only be accepted within 45 days of the original ship date of the product.
2. Unopened returned product is eligible for a full refund (product price only) or an exchange for product of equal value to the returned item(s).
3. If a product is defective, we will exchange it for the same item.
4. Opened, non-defective product (i.e. - shrink wrapping has been removed) is NOT eligible for return
