All orders are processed and shipped on Business days - in other words, Monday through Friday only. If you place your order by 9:00 AM [Central Time] (Noon for FedEx/UPS orders) through the week, all In Stock items will typically ship the same day. If the order is placed after 9:00 AM (Noon for FedEx/UPS), it will ship the following business day (for instance, late Friday orders will process and ship on Monday).
Products often vary in availability every day. We update our site each business day to provide you the most accurate product status. As a result, you will see one of the following status codes for each product:
In Stock:
This item is currently on hand and, upon processing your order and payment approval, this item should ship out to you within 2 business days.
Usually Ships In...:
This item is available in limited stock and our projected availability to ship is provided for your reference. The length of time may vary from product to product. Please note that these items, due to availability, are more likely to go into a Backordered status even after order placement.
Backordered:
This item is currently out of stock, usually due to its popularity. A backordered item may become available again within a few days, however, some never come in perhaps due to the item being permanently discontinued or sold out. We will work hard to get the item for you, but if we cannot, we will contact you to let you know about the situation.
Out of Stock/Out Of Print:
This item is no longer manufactured and we regret that we no longer have any stock to offer you. But take a look around...chances are you'll discover a great find to scratch your Rock Music itch!

We have four primary methods of shipping to suit your needs: US Standard Mail, First Class, FedEx/UPS 2-Day and Foreign. The following shipping/handling price chart shows the breakdown of how you will be charged for shipping. Our default shipping method is First Class.

Shipping Method Details:
Standard US Mail - this is our most basic shipping option which takes about 10-14 business days for delivery.
1st Class US Mail - this is our
default shipping method which takes about 5-7 business days for delivery. Base price is $2.00 additional to the standard US Mail delivery charges.
FedEx/UPS 2-day Ground - Base price is an additional $8.00 on top of the US Standard Mail charge. This method is the quickest and the most secure. Orders must be processed before 12:00 p.m. Central Time in order to go out the same day. Once shipped the order will arrive within two business days by 6:00 p.m. Central Time (Saturday and Sunday do not count as delivery days - only Monday thru Friday). You must supply a phone number and a physical address (
no PO Box numbers) to receive FedEx/UPS shipping.
Foreign Shipping - This method is necessary for all orders shipped outside the United States and base price is an additional $8.00 to the Standard Mail fee. All orders are sent International 1st Class. Delivery times vary from country to country, but most orders will arrive within 2-3 weeks.
